Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) --  a Federal government agency "dedicated to protecting health and promoting quality of life through the prevention and control of disease, injury, and disability." Provides access to publications and data on health topics.

Future of Nursing 2020-2030 -- issued under the auspices of the Institute of Medicine (as of 2016, renamed Health and Medicine, a division of the National Academies, which operate under an 1863 congressional charter to the National Academies of Science, signed by President Lincoln). 

Health Care Quality Assessment -- from the New Jersey Department of Health, information for healthcare professionals includes hospital performance reports, nurse to patient staffing levels for hospitals and nursing homes, quality indicators, and much more. 

Healthy New Jersey 2020 -- under the auspices of the New Jersey Department of Health, this initiative identifies the state's health improvement plan, and its health promotion and disease prevention agenda for the decade.
