Rutgers Law Library

Rutgers Law Library links to the  New Jersey Digital Collections 

This collection has New Jersey Case Law, Statutes, Session Laws, etc.

The Rutgers Law School libguide has links to  "New Jersey resources, including practice materials, information on the New Jersey courts, and other print/electronic resources."

 

Seton Hall Law Library

The Seton Hall Library is not open to the public but  may be used law students (with letter of introduction) or law school graduates.

The  SHU Law Library website explains the Access Policies.

Cornell Law School

Cornell Law School has a Legal Information Institute with links to legal resources for all 50 states including state statutes by topic.

Georgetown University Law Library

The Georgetown Law Library links to many resources including a Legal Research Primer that outlines how to research and cite legal resources.

New Jersey Courts

The New Jersey Courts website includes "published and unpublished Supreme, Appellate, Tax and Superior Court written decisions," as well as access to court forms, and links to submit court documents online.
