Game Developers Conference "The Game Developers Conference (GDC) is the world's largest professional game industry event. The market-defining GDC Conference features 750 lectures, panels, tutorials and roundtable discussions on a comprehensive selection of game development and VR/AR topics taught by leading industry experts."

Games For Change "Since 2004, Games for Change has offered programs and events for people of all ages and backgrounds to explore, learn, and create at the intersection of games and social impact." 

GDC Vault "GDC Vault is a trove of in-depth design, technical and inspirational talks and slides from the influencers of the game development industry, taken from over 20 years of the worldwide Game Developers Conferences". Subscription required.

Indiecade "Indiecade is organized by an expansive team of dedicated individuals who truly believe that we can make an impact on the industry and ultimately the way the world plays, understands, and is impacted by games. To this end, Indiecade supports independent game development and a series of international events showcasing the future of games."

Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences "The mission of the AIAS is to promote and advance the worldwide interactive entertainment community; recognize outstanding achievements in the interactive arts and sciences; and host an annual awards show, the D.I.C.E. Awards, to enhance awareness of the interactive art form. Other special programs and initiatives led by the AIAS also include the prestigious D.I.C.E. International Game Developers Association "The International Game Developers Association (IGDA) is the largest non-profit membership organization in the world serving all individuals who create games.
