This multi-disciplinary database provides active full text for more than 3,100 journals, including active full text for nearly 2,750 peer-reviewed journals.

Ferguson’s Career Guidance Center enables users to explore careers (browse industries and professions, assess/identify a career path), plan for education (college search, financial aid), and prepare for/find a career (resume and cover letter writing, interview tips, advice from experts, apprenticeships, internships, live job searches that can be filtered by location, type, experience level, salary, et al.).

It offers a range of resources for career and academic planning, including practice materials for high school through graduate level tests (AP, SAT, ACT, GRE, LSAT, MCAT, MAT), as well as TOEFL, TOEIC, and U.S. Citizenship tests. It also provides career development tools, such as a resume builder, professional certification practice tests, and career assessment tools.

PrepSTEP for Community Colleges offers targeted learning centers with resources that include practice tests, tutorials, e-books, articles, and flashcards to help achieve academic and career goals. It offers skill building in basic computer learning, career licensing test prep, college success skills development, English, math, science prep, and information for workplace readiness.

Academic Video Online: Premium consists of thousands of streaming videos from a large number of producers and distributors across a wide range of subject areas, including art, architecture, business, counseling and therapy, dance, economics, education, ethnic studies, ethnography, gay and lesbian studies, health, history, humanities, law and public safety, literature, opera, philosophy, political science, psychology, religion, science, theater, women's studies, and more.

Films on Demand is a streaming educational video resource. Subjects include: allied health, anthropology, archival films/newsreels, art/architecture, biology, business/economics, communication, counseling/social work, criminal justice, earth science, education, engineering, entertainment, environmental science, geography, health/medicine, history, mathematics, music/dance, philosophy/religion, physical science, political science, psychology, sociology, technology, world languages. Many of the videos are close-captioned and/or have interactive transcripts.
